Iimpawu zokunyibilika kwesithando sombane yimbonakaliso ebanzi yeeparamitha zezixhobo kunye neemeko zenkqubo yokunyibilikisa. (2) Ubushushu beziko lomlilo buchatshazelwa zizinto ezininzi ngexesha lokunyibilikisa. Utshintsho lobushushu luguqula ukulinganisela kweekhemikhali phakathi kwee-slags zetsimbi, ukwenza
(3) Ukwakhiwa kwengxubevange kuyaguquguquka. Ukuguquguquka kwesiqulatho sento kwi-alloy kubonakalisa utshintsho lobushushu beziko ukuya kwinqanaba elithile.
Umzekelo: umxholo we-aluminium kwi-ferrosilicon unxulumene nobushushu besithando somlilo, ukuphakama kwesithando somlilo, ngakumbi ukuncitshiswa kwe-aluminium.
(4) Kwinkqubo yokuqalisa isithando somlilo, umxholo we-aluminium we-alloy ukhula ngokuthe ngcembe ngokunyuka kweqondo lokushisa, kunye nomxholo we-aluminium we-alloy nawo uzinzile xa ubushushu beziko buzinza.
Ukuguquguquka komxholo we-silicon kwi-silicon ye-manganese alloy ikwabonisa utshintsho lobushushu bomnyango wesithando somlilo. Njengoko i-melting point ye-slag isanda, i-superheat ye-alloy iyanda, kwaye umxholo we-silicon uyanda ngokufanelekileyo.
